From June 10 to 14, 2024, X-Visual Technologies once again exhibited at ACHEMA, the world’s leading trade fair for the process industry. Our visitors got to know the latest version of our Visio-based P&ID software PlantEngineer and were able to immerse themselves directly in the virtual plant with our VR solution for layout planning Visio 3D via the Meta Quest headset. This led to inspiring discussions on the topics of intelligent P&ID flow diagrams, planning automation in P&ID, data integration and the use of virtual reality in process planning.

ACHEMA is the world forum for chemical engineering, process engineering and biotechnology. The leading global trade fair for the process industry takes place every three years in Frankfurt am Main. The spectrum ranges from laboratory equipment, pumps and analytical devices to packaging machines, boilers and agitators, safety technology, materials and software – everything that is needed in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food production industries. This year, more than 2,800 exhibitors from 56 nations took part – a new record in terms of internationality at ACHEMA.

We could also feel this high international influence at the X-Visual stand. In addition to exciting contacts in Germany and Europe, we were also able to hold interesting discussions and make further contacts in China, India and Eastern Europe. We were also pleased to welcome many familiar faces, existing business customers and research partners to our stand.

Many thanks to all visitors for this great week and we are already looking forward to the next ACHEMA from June 14 to 18, 2027 in Frankfurt am Main.
